AN ACT to appropriate funds to payment of a reward.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia: .

1. §1. There is hereby appropriated out of the Game Protection Fund in
the State treasury the sum of five hundred dollars to be paid by check
drawn pursuant to warrant issued by the Comptroller to such person as
may be designated by the Commission of Game and Inland Fisheries as a
reward for information leading to the arrest and subsequent conviction of
the perpetrator of an assault on the game warden for Nansemond County
during nineteen hundred fifty-three.
