CHAPTER 451

An Act to amend and reenact § 88-4 of the Code of Virginia, relating to
pay and allowances of members of the State Highway Commission.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

La That § 38-4 of the Code of Virginia be amended and reenacted as
‘ollows:

§ 33-4. The members of the Commission, other than the chairman
thereof, shall each receive * twenty dollars per diem and their actual
expenses while engaged in the work of the Commission; but no such mem-
ber of the Commission shall receive in excess of * fifteen hundred dollars
and actual expenses in any one year.
