CHAPTER 352

An Act to amend and reenact § 56-888.14 of the Code of Virginia, relating
to transfer or lease of certificate under household goods care 8b)

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. That § 56-338.14 of the Code of Virginia be amended and reenacted
as follows:

§ 56-338.14. Any such certificate may be transferred or leased * tf
the Commission after a public hearing shall find the proposed transfer or
lease justified by public convenience and necessity, and under such reason-
able rules, * regulations, and restrictions as may be prescribed by the Com-
mission. The application shall be made jointly by the transferor and trans-
feree, seller and purchaser, or assignor and assignee, or lessor and lessee.
