An Act to amend the Code of Virginia by adding a section numbered
17-127.9, fizing the terms of court in the Thirtieth Judicial Circutt.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Vir, a me
1. That the Code of Virginia be amended by adding a section numbered
17-127.9 as follows:

§ 17-127.9. The regular terms of court for the respective counties
in the Thirtieth Judicial Circuit shall begin as follows:

Franklin County—The first Monday in February, April, June, October
and December.

Pittsylvania County—The first Monday in January, March, May,
quly, September and November.

An emergency exists and this act is in force from its passage.
