CHAPTER 330

An Act to authorize the city of Suffolk to acquire and convey real prop-
erty located within the city by purchase, gift, condemnation or other-
wise for the purposes of conveying same to the county of Nansemond
for use as a court house and related facilities to serve the area; to
convey same to the county of Nansemond and to authorize the county
to accept same. [656]

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:
1. The city of Suffolk is hereby authorized and empowered to acquire
real property located in the city by purchase, gift, condemnation or
otherwise for the purpose of conveying, and to convey, the same to the
county of Nansemond for a court house and related facilities to serve
the area. The county is hereby authorized to accept and use any such
real property.
