CHAPTER 326

An Act to amend the Code of Virginia by adding a section numbered
17-127.8, providing for terms of court in the twenty-ninth judicial
circuit.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia: .
1. That the Code of Virginia be amended by adding a section numbered
17-127.8 as follows: .
._,, 8 17-127.8. The regular terms of the courts of the twenty-ninth
judicial circuit shall be as follows: .

Amherst County: Second Monday in February, April, June, October
and December.

Nelson County: Fourth Monday in January, March, May, September
and November.

City of Waynesboro: Second Monday in January, March, May, Sep-
tember and November. :

The judge of such circuit is authorized to provide for such other
terms of court as the business of the several courts shall require.
2. An emergency exists and this act is in force from its passage.
