CHAPTER 322

An Act to amend the Code of Virginia by adding a section numbered
17-127.5, relating to terms of court for the county of Dinwiddie.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. That the Code of Virginia be amended by adding a section numbered
17-127.5 as follows:

§ 17-127.5. The regular terms for the Circuit Court for the County
of Dinwiddie shall begin on the third Monday in January, March, May,
July, September and November.

2. An emergency exists and this act is in force from its passage.
