An Act to amend and reenact § 2-286 of the Code of Virginia, relating
to the furnishing to the Law Library of the University of Virginia,
certain publications, so as to provide for furnishing such publications
to the Marshall-Wythe School of Law of the College of William and
Mary.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:
i f That § 2-236 of the Code of Virginia be amended and reenacted as
ollows:
§ 2-236. The Comptroller is authorized and directed to furnish to
the Law Library of the University of Virginia and the Law Library of
the Marshall-Wythe School of Law of the College of William and Mary
fifty copies each of such publications printed under his authority as may
be designated in writing by the Law Librarian of the University of Vir-
ginia and the Law Librarian of the Marshall-Wythe School of Law of the
College of William and Mary prior to the time that any such publication
so designated goes to press, to be used for exchanges for like publications
with law libraries and institutions of other States, the national govern-
ment and other governments, societies and others as * they may see fit.
