CHAPTER 224

An Act to amend and reenact § 19-92 of the Code of Virginia, relating
to appointment of bail commissioners for counties. ; [H 560]

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:
1: . That § 19-92 of the Code of Virginia be amended and reenacted as
ollows:

19-92. The circuit court of each county, or the judge thereof in
vacation, shall appoint one or more of the commissioners in chancery of
of such court, bail commissioners for such county. Such court or judge may
appoint a justice of the peace to serve as a bail commissioner for such
county. .
