AN ACT to amend the Code of Virginia by adding a section numbered
17-127.5, fixing the terms of the Circuit Court for the City of oa

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia: .

1. That the Code of Virginia be amended by adding a section numbered
17-127.5 as follows: ;

§ 17-127.5. The regular terms of the Circuit Court for the City of
Suffolk shall begin on the fourth Monday in the months of January,
March, May, July and October.

2. An emergency exists and this act is in force from its passage.
