CHAPTER 150

AN ACT to repeal Chapter 181 of the Acts of Assembly of 1982, approved
March 22, 1982, and all amendments thereto, relating to school in-
debtedness of the county of Washington, expenditures for schools,
and limitations on powers of the school board and superintendent of

schools.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:
1. That Chapter 181 of the Acts of Assembly of 1932, approved March
22, 1932, and all amendments thereto, are repealed.
2. An emergency exists and this act is in force from its passage. ,
