CHAPTER 139

An Act to repeal Chapter 189 of the Acts of Assembly of 1932, approved
March 22, 1982, which was continued in effect by § 21-120 of the
Code of Virginia, relating to the creation of sanitary districts in cer-
tain counties.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia, as follows:
1. Chapter 189 of the Acts of Assembly of 1932, approved March 22,
1932, which was continued in effect by § 21-120 of the Code of Virginia,
is repealed.
2. Nothing herein shall affect the validity of any bonds heretofore issued
pursuant to the provisions of the act hereby repealed.
