AN ACT to amend and reenact § 46-156 of the Code of Virginia, relating
to busses operated in special or chartered service by certain ctr sod]

Be it enacted by the Genera] Assembly of Virginia:
L That § 46-156 of the Code of Virginia be amended and reenacted as
ollows:

46-156. The provisions of * §§ 46-154, 46-155 and 46-157 to 46-161
shall not apply to any carrier operating under a certificate of public con-
venience and necessity issued by the State Corporation Commission * for *
busses operated in special or chartered party service. *
