An Act to amend the Code of Virginia by adding thereto a section num-
bered 4-80.1, in order to make criminal and provide the punishment
for certain actions before the Alcoholic Beverage Control Board by
certain persons.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:
1. That the Code of Virginia be amended by adding thereto a section
numbered 4-80.1, as follows:
§ 4-80.1. If the brother, sister, son, daughter, step-son, step-daughter,
father, mother, step-father, step-mother, uncle, aunt, nephew, niece, first
cousin, second cousin, or consort of one of them, of a member of the
Board, represent a distiller in offering to the Board distilled spirits, he
shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and punished in accordance with the
provisions of general law. Nor shall the Commission or personnel do
business pertaining to the purchase of alcoholic beverages with anyone
employed or hereafter employed, until at least twelve months after their
services have been terminated with the State of Virginia.
