CHAPTER 685
An Act to amend and reenact Chapter 545 of the Acts of Assembly of
1950, approved April 7, 1950, prohibiting the taking of fish in certain
counties by certain means.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:
1. §1. It shall be unlawful for any person at any time to take or
attempt to take fish in the waters of the county of Russell by means of
gigging, except that carp, redhorse, or suckers may be taken, not to
exceed ten, in any one day between the hours of sunrise and sunset during
the month of October of each year by means of gigging.
§ 2. Any person violating any provisions of this act shall be guilty
of a misdemeanor and punished as provided by law.
