An Act to provide for the distribution of a certain motion Pee aan

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. § 1. The motion picture being prepared by the office of Governor
and the Division of the Budget showing the physical facilities at certain
of the State institutions, and the services performed by certain agencies
of the State, shall be prepared in such number of prints as will permit
the same to be made readily available for showing by civic and other
groups and organizations upon request. Prints of such motion picture
shall be placed in the custody of the Department of Education and Depart-
ment of Conservation and Development..

§ 2. The Departments of Education, and Conservation and Devel-
opment, respectively, shall bring to the attention of civic and other groups
throughout the State that such motion picture is available for showing by
groups requesting the same. Such Departments shall make the motion
picture available to any responsible group or individual. The cost of
preparing prints of such motion picture and distributing copies thereof
to interested groups shall be borne by the two Departments from funds
provided by law.

2. An emergency exists and this act is in force from its passage.
