CHAPTER 632

An Act to amend and reenact § 29-15 of the Code of Virginia, relating to
employment of assistants by Commission of Game and Inland Fish-

eries.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

i That § 29-15 of the Code of Virginia be amended and reenacted as
ollows:

§ 29-15. In addition to the executive director the Commission may
employ such other persons as may be necessary to the administrative re-
quirements and designate the official position and duties of each. The
Commission shall employ, and make available to local governing bodies on
request, a person skilled in predatory control, of all wild animals recog-
nized as carriers of rabies.
