An Act to amend the Code of Virginia by adding a section numbered
17-127.4, relating to the terms of court for Pulaski County. rH 709]

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. That the Code of Virginia be amended by adding a section numbered
17-127.4, as follows:

§ 17-127.4. The regular terms of the Circuit Court for the county
of Pulaski shall begin on the third Monday in February, first Monday in
May, Wednesday following the first Monday in September and the second
Monday in November.
