CHAPTER 547

An Act to amend and reenact § 8-67.3 of the Code of Virginia, relating
to continuance of certain actions under certain circumstances and to
certain gudgments.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

an That § 8-67.3 of the Code of Virginia be amended and reenacted as
ollows:

§ 8-67.3. The court in which such action is pending may order such
continuances as may be necessary to afford the defendant reasonable oppor-
tunity to defend the action.
