An Act to authorize the closing on Saturday of certain courts in cities
having a population in excess of two hundred and twenty-five thou-

sand.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. That the civil justice courts and juvenile and domestic relations
courts in cities having a population in excess of two hundred and twenty-
five thousand, and the clerks’ offices thereof, may, in the discretion of the
respective judges of such courts, be closed on Saturday.
