An Act to authorize the council of the Town of Clarksville to convey
certain properties.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:
1. § 1. The council of the Town of Clarksville is authorized to trans-
fer and convey upon such terms, conditions and consideration as such
council deems proper the following parcels of land.
Parcel number one.—All that certain parcel of land which was con-
veyed to the Town of Clarksville by deed of F. T. Willis and Helen G.
Willis dated June twenty-three, nineteen hundred fifty-two, of record in
deed book one hundred forty-three, page two hundred seventy-seven, in the
Clerk’s office of the Circuit Court of Mecklenburg County, Virginia.
Parcel number two.—All that certain parcel of land which was con-
veyed to the Town of Clarksville by deed of J. E. Cooper, Charlotte W.
Cooper, J. A. Watkins, and Margaret C. Watkins dated June twenty-three,
nineteen hundred fifty-two, of record in deed book one hundred forty-three,
page two hundred eighty-seven, in the Clerk’s office of the Circuit Court
of Mecklenburg County, Virginia.
Parcel number three.—All that certain parcel of land which was con-
veyed to the Town of Clarksville by deed of J. E. Roberts, Maude S.
Roberts, Howard N. Roberts and Audie H. Roberts, dated June twenty-
three, nineteen hundred fifty-two of record in deed book one hundred
forty-three, page two hundred seventy-five, in the Clerk’s office of the
Circuit Court of Mecklenburg County, Virginia.
Parcel number four.—All that certain parcel of land which was con-
veyed to the Town of Clarksville by deed of W. H. Russell and Elizabeth
H. Russell dated June twenty-three, nineteen hundred fifty-two, of record
in deed book one hundred forty-three, page two hundred eighty-five, in
the Clerk’s office of the Circuit Court of Mecklenburg County, Virginia.
