CHAPTER 440

An Act to amend and reenact §§ 7.08, 12.07, 17.01, 17.02, 17.08, 17.04,
17.06, 17.07 as amended, 17.08, 17.10, 17.11, 17.18, 17.14, 17.15, 17.29
and 18.03 of Chapter 323 of the Acts of Assembly of 1950, approved
April 4, 1950, which provided a charter for the city of Falls Church,
the sections relating, respectively, to bond ordinances, capital im-
provement projects, the planning commission and master plan, and
condemnation procedures.
