CHAPTER 393

An Act to amend and reenact § 46-418 of the Code of Virginia, relating
to filing reports of motor vehicle accidents. ‘H O871]

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

aa That § 46-413 of the Code of Virginia be amended and reenacted as
ollows:

§ 46-413. Any county or incorporated city or town may by ordinance
require that the driver of a vehicle involved in an accident file with a
designated * department a report of the accident or a copy of any report
herein required to be filed with the Division. All such reports shall be for
the confidential use of the * department and subject to the provisions of
this chapter.
