CHAPTER 39
An Act to amend and reenact § 1 of Chapter 685 of the Acts of Assem-
bly of 1952, approved April 4, 1952, relating to the season in which
squirrels may be lawfully taken in certain counties, and providing
penalties for violations, so as to provide when squirrels may be taken
an certain other counties; and to repeal Chapter 198 of the Acts of
Assembly of 1952, approved March 5, 1952, relating to the same
matters.

1. That § 1 of Chapter 685 of the Acts of Assembly of 1952, approved
April 4, 1952, be amended and reenacted as follows:
§ 1. It shall be lawful to hunt, capture, take and kill squirrels in
the counties of * Grayson and Giles during the period beginning Septem-
ber fifteenth of each year and extending through * October fifteenth and
then beginning on the third Monday in November and extending through
January first following. The right of certain persons to hunt squirrels
on their own lands shall not be affected hereby.
2. Chapter 193 of the Acts of Assembly of 1952, approved March 15,
1952, is repealed.
