An Act to amend and reenact § 38.1-809 of the Code of Virginia, relat-
ing to the contents of license of insurance agent. H

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. That § 38.1-309 of the Code of Virginia be amended and reenacted
so as to read as follows:
_§ 38.1-309. Contents of license.—The license of each life agent,
resident agent, special agent and company representative shall show the
date on which it was issued, the name and address of the agent, the name
and address of the company represented, and the kind of insurance the
agent is authorized to transact. *
