Workmen’s Compensation Act.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

Hae That § 65-92 of the Code of Virginia be amended and reenacted as
ollows:

§ 65-92. The Commission or any of its members shall hear the
parties at issue and their representatives and witnesses and shall * decide
the * issues in a summary manner, * and shall make an award carrying
out the decision, and a copy * thereof shall be immediately * sent to the
parties * at issue. The parties may be heard by a deputy, in which event
he shall swear or cause the witnesses to be sworn and shall transmit all
testimony to the Commission for its determination and award.
