CHAPTER 294

An Act to authorize the State Hospital Board to convey to the city of
Staunton certain property of Western State Hospital required for
improving and relocating the intersection of United States Highways
number 11 and 250 within the city of Staunton. rH 4601

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. With the approval of the Governor first obtained, the State Hospital
Board may convey to the city of Staunton upon such terms and conditions
as it deems proper, such portion of the Western State Hospital property
as is required for the improvement and relocation of the intersection of
United States Highways number 11 and 250 within the city of Staunton.

2. An emergency exists and this act is in force from its passage.
