CHAPTER 288

An Act to amend and reenact § 3 of Chapter 180 of the Acts of Assembly
of 1952, approved February 26, 1952, relating to a game refuge in
New Kent County, so as to make hunting therein unlawful and to
provide punishment therefor.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. That § 3 of Chapter 180 of the Acts of Assembly of 1952, approved
February 26, 1952, be amended and reenacted as follows:

§ 8. The area shall be used, along with other uses, as a game
refuge, * and it shall be unlawful to hunt in any manner in the area.
Any violation of the provisions of this section shall constitute a misde-
meanor and shall be punished accordingly.
