An Act to amend and reenact § 8, as amended, of Chapter 208 of the
Acts of Assembly of 1950, approved March 14, 1950, relating to
licenses to hunt certain wild animals in certain counties, and to
authorize certain payments from the special fund created by that

chapter.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. That § 3, as amended, of Chapter 208 of the Acts of Assembly of
1950, approved March 14, 1950, be amended and reenacted as follows:

§ 3. The special stamps herein provided for shall be obtained from
the clerk of the circuit court of the county who shall receive from the
special fund a fee of ten cents for each stamp so issued; provided that
the clerk of the circuit court of the county of Bath shall receive therefrom
for each stamp so issued in the year beginning July one, nineteen hundred
fifty-four the sum of twenty cents and for each year thereafter ten cents.
Any person violating the provisions of this act shall be guilty of a mis-
demeanor and upon conviction punished accordingly.
