An Act to amend and reenact § 58-681 of the Code of Virginia, relating
to reports of public service corporations to the State Corporation
Commission of real property and personal property in certain counties.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:
1. That § 58-681 of the Code of Virginia be amended and reenacted as
follows:
§58-681. Every public service corporation required to report to the
Commission for assessment under the provisions of this chapter real and
personal property, or either, in any county which has either a county
executive form of county organization and government or a county man-
ager form of county organization and government provided for in §§ 15-266
to 15-344, both inclusive, or in any county adjoining three or more cities
one of which has a population of two hundred twenty-five thousand or
more inhabitants shall, whenever such property is subject to local taxa-
tion, include in such report a statement showing the character of the
property and its value and particularly in what district or districts
within, or partly within, such county such property is located.
