An Act to amend and reenact § 68-67.1 of the Code of Virginia concerning
certain reports furnished governing bodies of counties and cities by
local boards of public welfare.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:
1 That § 63-67.1 of the Code of Virginia be amended and reenacted as
ollows:
§ 63-67.1. Each local board of public welfare shall, on or before the
fifteenth day of each month, furnish the governing body of its county or
city with a detailed report covering the month preceding that in which
such report is made, and shall include therein (a) receipts; (b) disburse-
ments and the source from which they were derived; (c) administrative
expenses; and (d) a list of the applicants for public assistance and the
persons to whom such assistance was granted, including the amount of
money, property or services received by each recipient; provided, however,
the governing body of any such county or city may by resolution require
that such report or any part thereof be furnished at less frequent intervals
or dispensed with entirely.
