Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. That § 1, as amended, of Chapter 685 of the Acts of Assembly of
1952, approved April 4, 1952, be amended and reenacted as follows:

§ 1. It shall be lawful to hunt, capture, take and kill squirrels in
the counties of Grayson and Giles during the period beginning September
fifteen of each year and extending through October fifteen and then
beginning on the third Monday in November and extending through
January one following; and in the counties of Patrick, Floyd, Carroll, *
Henry, Franklin and Pittsylvania during the period beginning September
first of each year and extending through January twenty following. The
right of certain persons to hunt squirrels on their own lands shall not
be affected hereby. ,
