An Act to amend and reenact § 1 of Chapter 865 of the Acts of Assembly
of 1952, approved March $1, 1952, relating to certain restrictions on
hunting in certain counties and providing penalties for violation

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. That § 1 of Chapter 365 of the Acts of Assembly of 1952, approved
March 31, 1952, be amended and reenacted as follows:

§ 1. No person * having in his possession any ax or saw shall hunt
for game or wild life in the counties of Buchanan, Dickenson and Tazewell,
Virginia, without obtaining prior permission of the land owner.
