CHAPTER 156
An Act to amend the Code of Virginia by adding a section numbered
29-165.1, requiring certain persons going upon the property of another
to identify themselves, making the wilful refusal of such identifica-
tion a misdemeanor, and providing the penalty for violations.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:
1. That the Code of Virginia be amended by adding a section numbered
29-165.1, as follows:
§ 29-165.1. Any person who goes on the lands, waters, ponds, boats
or blinds of another to hunt, fish, or trap and wilfully refuses to identify
himself when requested by the landowner or his agent so to do shall be
deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and shall be punished by a fine of not
more than one hundred dollars or by confinement in jail for not more
