An Act to require display of the flag of the United States and the flag of
the Commonwealth of Virginia in courtrooms. S26

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. There shall be displayed inside each courtroom of a court of record
in the cities and counties of the Commonwealth the flag of the United
States of America and the flag of the Commonwealth of Virginia. The
governing bodies of the respective counties and cities shall make provision
for such display and may accept gifts of flags for such purpose.
