CHAPTER 124

An Act to amend the Code of Virginia by adding a section numbered
15-358.2, providing, in certain counties, for the certification and pay-
ment of certain bills and vouchers for materials, supplies and

services.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. That the Code of Virginia be amended by adding a section numbered
15-353.2 as follows:

§ 15-353.2. The county board may by resolution authorize the
county manager and the Commonwealth attorney to sign and issue an
order or authorization to the treasurer for payment of vouchers for
materials, supplies and services which have been received and the treas-
urer shall pay the same. The provisions of § 15-353.1 shall apply to
actions hereunder.
