CHAPTER 120

An Act to amend the Code of Virginia by adding a section numbered
29-58.1, relating to hunting, fishing and trapping in cities formed by
the incorporation of entire counties.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. That the Code of Virginia be amended by adding a section numbered
29-53.1 as follows: |

§ 29-53.1. It shall be lawful to hunt, fish or trap as provided by law
in any city which was formed by the incorporation of an entire county or
a county and a city, and a resident license to hunt, fish or trap may be
issued at the same fee as is provided for a county license.

The provisions of this title shall apply in all respects in any such city.
