An Act to amend and reenact § 59-218 of the Code of Virginia, relating
to certain fireworks exploded on private property.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:
be That § 59-218 of the Code of Virginia be amended and reenacted as

ollows: '

§ 59-218. This chapter shall not apply to Roman candles, sparklers,
pharoahs serpents, caps for pistols, nor shall it apply to * pinwheels com-
monly known as whirligigs or spinning jennies, when used, ignited or
eee on private property with the consent of the owner of such
property.
