An Act to authorize the governing body of certain counties to permit
the killing of foxes.

Approved February 20, 1952

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:
1. The governing body of the counties of Rockingham, Warren and
Clarke may by ordinance permit the killing of foxes in such counties at
any time.
