CHAPTER 715

An Act to amend the Code of Virginia by adding a new section numbered
§ 62-82.1 so as to provide that any provision in any charter in confitet
with the State Water Control Law its repealed. = SIs

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:
1. That the Code of Virginia be amended by adding a new section num-
bered § 62-32.1 as follows:

§ 62-32.1. Any provision in any charter of any city or town approved
prior to the effective date of this section being in conflict with this chapter
is repealed to the full extent of such conflict.
