An Act to provide for the transfer of possession of real estate between
agencies of the Commonwealth.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:
1. Real estate owned by the Commonwealth and held in possession by
an agency of the Commonwealth may be hereafter transferred to the
possession of another agency of the Commonwealth by the execution of
an agreement between the department head of such agencies, with the
written approval of the Governor, and recorded in the court of record in
the county or city in which the land is situate.
