An Act to prescribe when licenses issued by the Commission of Fisheries
shall terminate and to permit proration of such licenses. iH

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. § 1. All licenses issued by the Commission of Fisheries on an annual
basis shall expire on December thirty-one of the year in which issued.

§ 2. The Commission of Fisheries may, prior to January one, nine-
teen hundred fifty-four, prorate such licenses if it deems the same justi-
fied to avoid early termination or undue extension of such licenses.

2. This act shall be in force on and after January one, nineteen hundred
fifty-three.
