An Act to authorize the Board of Visitors of the Virginia School for the
Deaf and the Blind to convey certain property upon certain conditions.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:
1. Subject to the approval of the Governor, in writing, the Board of
Visitors of the Virginia School for the Deaf and the Blind is authorized
to transfer and convey all right, title and interest of the Commonwealth,
the school, and the board in and to the following described property, upon
such terms and conditions as the board deems proper, to the Smith Transfer
Company:
Beginning at a point North seventeen degrees fifty minutes East
sixty-eight feet from the point of intersection of the present boundaries
of Kalorama Street, the Smith Transfer Company and that property com-
monly known as the Crone Estate; thence South fifty-four degrees thirty
minutes East four hundred and two feet on line to a point; thence South
seventy-four degrees fifteen minutes East three hundred thirty feet on
line to a point; thence South twenty-seven degrees West thirty-six feet to a
point; thence in a general northwesterly direction paralleling the two lines
hereinabove first described at a vertical distance of thirty-five feet to a
point on the eastern boundary of the Crone Estate; thence North seventeen
degrees fifty minutes East to the point of beginning.
