An Act to repeal Chapter 211 of the Acts of Assembly of 1944, approved
March 14, 1944, as amended, which authorized the governing bodies of
certain cities to provide for the annual assessment and reassessment
of real estate.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. That Chapter 211 of the Acts of Assembly of 1944, approved March
14, 1944, as amended, is repealed.
