CHAPTER 627

An Act to authorize the Board of Visitors of the College of William and
Mary to sell certain airport property; to provide for the conveyance
thereof; and to appropriate the proceeds therefrom. rH 819]

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. §1. The Board of Visitors of the College of William and Mary is

hereby authorized to sell and convey, subject to the approval of the Gov-

ernor, the college airport property located on the north side of U. S. Route

No. 60 about one and one-half miles west of the city limits of Williams-

burg, consisting of approximately three hundred acres of land, more or

aaah The deed shall be approved as to form by the Attorney General of
irginia.

§ 2. That the State be reimbursed for the amount of funds con-
tributed for the purchase of soil property; the remainder to be appro-
priated to the College of William and Mary to be used for such purposes
as the Board of Visitors, with the approval of the Governor, may direct.
