CHAPTER 53

An Act to repeal Chaps 181, 182, 183 and 184 of the Acts of Assembly
of 1950, all approved March 9, 1950, all relating to a Potomac River
Oyster Commission to be established by the State of Maryland and
the State of Virginia.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:
1. That Chaps 131, 132, 1383 and 134 of the Acts of Assembly, all
approved March 9, 1950, are repealed. :
