CHAPTER 466

An Act to amend the Code of Virginia by adding a new section numbered
46-822.2, relating to imitation or counterfeit inspection slicers.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. That the Code of Virginia be amended by adding a new section num-
bered 46-322.2 as follows:

§ 46-322.2. (1) No person shall make, issue, or knowingly use any
imitation or counterfeit of an official certificate of inspection.

(2) No person shall display or cause or permit to be displayed upon
any vehicle any certificate of inspection and approval knowing the same
to be fictitious or issued for another vehicle or issued without an inspec-
tion having been made.
