An Act to amend and reenact § 54-451 of the Code of Virginia, relating to
applications and fees for certain permits. 'H 109]

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

a That § 54-451 of the Code of Virginia be amended and reenacted as
ollows:

§ 54-451. Application and fee for permit.—The application for such
permit shall be made on a form to be prescribed and furnished by the Board
and shall be accompanied by the required fee of thirty-five dollars which
amount shall also be paid as the fee for each renewal of such permit.
Separate applications shall be made and separate permits issued for each
separate place of manufacturing, making, production, packing, packaging
or preparation.
