CHAPTER 428

An Act to authorize the Medical College of Virginia to sell and convey its
undivided interest in certain real property acquired by will from
Raphael Levy.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:
1. § 1. The Board of Visitors of the Medical College of Virginia, for
such consideration as it shall deem proper, is hereby authorized and em-
powered to sell and convey its undivided interest in all that certain rea]
property acquired by will from one Raphael Levy.
§ 2. The proceeds from such sale shall be held, used and administered
in the same manner as all other bequests are held, used and administered.
2. An emergency exists and this act is in force from its passage.
