CHAPTER 365

An Act to prohibit hunting in certain counties with axes or saws under
certain conditions.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:
1. § 1. No person whilst having in his possession any ax or saw shall
hunt for game or wild life in the counties of Buchanan and Tazewell,
Virginia, without obtaining prior permission of the land owner.

§ 2. Violation of this act shall be charged as a misdemeanor and
shall be punished accordingly.
